Retired Baltimore City Police Patrol Bureau Deputy District Commander. Detective Lieutenant and Unit Commander in the Drug Enforcement Section of the Criminal Investigations Bureau. College and University Director of Public Safety, Police and Security Chief; and the Emergency Response and Incident Command Manager for all campuses in the United States and Virgin Islands. Special Background Investigator with Top Secret Clearance for Federal National Background Investigations Bureau; Licensed Private Investigator conducting in-house investigations for law firms, and independent private investigations firms.

Dr. W. Christopher Cason
Co-Founder and Vice President
A crisis management scholar and practitioner. Consultant on strategic communications and management projects with nonprofit organizations as well as with the federal government. Served as the senior-level communications head at one of the largest school systems in the United States as well as at multiple colleges and universities throughout the country. Well adept in education innovation at the K-12 level as well as in higher education. Served as chief Subject Matter Expert for the University of Maryland Global Campus' (UMGC) course development in the graduate program’s public relations and strategic communications concentrations, and UMGC’s Doctor of Management program’s research methods course. Adjunct Full Professor teaching myriad courses at the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degree levels.

The pastor of Holy Temple of Jesus Christ, Harford County, Maryland. I've always had a passion for people. Being part of Find All the Missing fits right into my life's mission. I used to say I was in the business of saving lives and saving souls. If we can help someone to have closure it's been a good day.
